Can you replace just the railing and keep my deck?
Usually, yes. We check that the deck frame and posts are sound enough to carry a new railing and tell you what we find.
Which railing needs the least upkeep?
Aluminum and vinyl need very little. Wood can be painted or stained to match the house but needs upkeep.
Is my railing a safety problem?
A railing that moves when you lean on it should be looked at. We will tell you plainly whether it can be tightened or needs replacing.
