Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who rely on assistive technology.

What we do

Pages are built with meaningful headings, labelled form fields, text alternatives for photographs and a skip link to the main content. Colour combinations are checked for contrast before every publication of the site, and the site is tested with automated accessibility tools as part of each change.

Known limitations

Photographs of past work carry short descriptions written by the crew; they may not describe every detail. Some documents linked from the site, such as warranty terms, are supplied as files whose accessibility we do not control.

Tell us about a barrier

If something on this site does not work for you, write to the operator's email address shown at the top of this page or call the phone number shown there. Tell us which page and what happened, and we will try to fix it or to give you the information another way.
